OKTAN started in a small garage that held more spanners than motorcycles. The habit back then was simple: strip whatever looked doubtful on every bike that came in, then write down what needed replacing. Those notes became the inspection standard we still use.
Indonesia's sportbike market has a recurring problem: great photos, vague history. We chose the slower but clearer route — if a machine's past cannot be explained, we do not list it, however attractive the asking price.
This site itself is a technical demonstration: the units, prices and histories on these pages are sample data, and the photography comes from freely licensed collections. The structure, the buying flow and the way information is written are the serious part.

Preparation bay
An older machine is not a careless one
Heritage and modern-classic units get different treatment: what we protect is not only performance but the originality of the details. We fix what needs fixing and leave alone what is still original.
- Original paint is kept as long as it is still sound
- Replacement parts are recorded, including brand and reason
- Older wiring is inspected circuit by circuit
- Photos are taken without retouching that disguises age
