02 Nature of the listings
The catalogue on this site contains sample data for demonstration purposes. Even in a real deployment, a vehicle listing is an invitation to discuss, not a legally binding offer.
A sale is only formed after the unit has been inspected, the final price agreed, and both sides have confirmed in writing.
03 Prices and fees
Prices are shown in Rupiah for a single unit and exclude ownership transfer, title-change duty, road-tax renewal, insurance, accessories and delivery unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. The figure that applies is the one confirmed in writing in the conversation before payment.
04 Availability
Availability on this demonstration site is static. In a real deployment, a unit can sell through another channel before its page is updated.
Availability should therefore always be confirmed in conversation before you travel or pay.
05 Content and intellectual property
The text, layout and code of this site were produced for portfolio purposes. The photography comes from third parties under free licences and is credited on the Photo credits page as those licences require.
Vehicle marques and model names belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively, without implying affiliation.
06 Limits of liability
This site is provided as is. We work to keep the information accurate but do not warrant that every specification, availability status or cost estimate is free of error.
A vehicle purchase decision should rest on physical inspection, document verification and, where useful, an independent third-party assessment — not on a web page alone.
07 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. For a real deployment, dispute resolution and court jurisdiction need to be stated specifically.
